The design philosophy of Hoxha Bailey Architects is founded on
values of regional modernism. Our projects are strongly driven by a
contextual response to topography, climate, views, and the concept of
prospect and refuge.
At the heart of every project is a quest for clarity: rigorously
resolved, efficient floor plans; thoughtful spatial ordering; and the
considered selection of materials.
We believe each project should create a strong sense of place and
belonging, connecting its inhabitants to the land, climate, and history.
Our architecture is not about imposing style, but about shaping spaces
that belong.
Since launching the practice in 2020, our work has been featured in
major New Zealand architectural publications and design media.
